Lindal supplies the architect-designed package. We are the builder who takes it through California code, assembly, and finish — proven on completed homes across the region.
What the package includes
A Lindal package can include design services across levels, structural and architectural engineering, the lumber package for open-stud construction, exterior materials, and interior doors, hardware, and trim.
What we do as your builder
We adapt the design to your site, resolve California requirements — Cal Fire and WUI, Title 24 energy, CalGreen, wind, seismic, and snow load — then run permitting, package delivery, post-and-beam assembly, trades, and finish through move-in.
