A modernist idea made buildable
The original concept drew from Desert Modernism and Lindal's architectural lineage, then became a practical California project through careful planning, site coordination, and owner collaboration.

Palm Springs, CA
A Desert Modernism-inspired Lindal design shaped around post-and-beam structure, indoor-outdoor living, and a private guest wing organized around the pool courtyard.
The original concept drew from Desert Modernism and Lindal's architectural lineage, then became a practical California project through careful planning, site coordination, and owner collaboration.
A private art studio, carport, courtyard pool, and separate guest wing were brought into the plan so the home could support both retreat and hospitality.
The project required coordination with Palm Springs requirements, tribal-land review considerations, and a lot-line discrepancy discovered during survey work. Those realities reinforce our value in translating design ambition into an approval-ready build path.
