The short version

We run a small website for a construction business. We do not sell your personal information, we do not run advertising on this site, and we do not ask you to create an account. The only data we gather is anonymous website traffic statistics, plus whatever you choose to tell us when you get in touch.

When you contact us

The inquiry form on our contact page does not send anything to a server of ours. It opens a message in your own email program with the details you entered, and nothing is sent until you press send in that program. That means we hold no database of form submissions — we simply receive your email the way we would any other, and we keep it in our business email account so we can reply and, if we work together, manage your project.

We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list or share your message with anyone outside our business, except where a project genuinely requires it — for example passing details to an architect, engineer, or subcontractor working on your project — or where the law requires it.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how people find and use this site — which pages get read, roughly where visitors are located, and whether the site loads properly on their device. This helps us decide what to write and what to fix.

Cloudflare, which also delivers this site, produces those statistics from the requests it serves. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, and it does not build a profile of you from your IP address or browser details. We see only aggregate numbers and cannot identify you from them.

Cloudflare’s handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy, at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. If you use a content blocker that stops the analytics script, nothing on this site stops working.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no agreed industry standard for how sites should answer it, and this site does not currently change its behavior in response to one. The site sets no analytics cookies either way, and a content blocker works regardless.

Your choices and your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@fassinoconstruction.com and we will respond. Depending on the size of our business and the nature of the request, some California privacy laws may not formally apply to us, but we will honor these requests regardless — it is a reasonable thing to ask.

We do not sell or share personal information for money or for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we never have.

Other sites we link to

This site links to other websites, including California LivN Homes and Lindal Cedar Homes. Once you follow a link off this site, this policy no longer applies — those sites have their own practices, and we do not control them.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning construction projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Substantial changes will be noted here rather than announced individually. This version is effective October 13, 2026.
